How to post a HAVE offer

HAVE means you can get it and you can ship it. Mirror the ISO template so requesters know what to ask you for:
1. What you can get — what your local exchange or economy actually stocks that other posts struggle to find.
2. Your region — FPO AE, FPO AP, or FPO AA, your APO region, or "underway ship".
3. Shipping willingness — how often you can get to a post office, weight you're willing to handle, and whether you'll ship to ship ZIPs.
4. How to reach you — a publicly-postable email or handle; addresses get exchanged privately after you connect.
Check the destination ZIP in the restriction lookup before you promise anything — what's fine to mail to one FPO is prohibited to another. And read the pinned exchange rules on the ISO board before your first offer.
